Workflow standardization and modeFRONTIER customization

At Stellantis, modeFRONTIER plays a central role in structuring multi-disciplinary and single-disciplinary optimization applied to vehicle performance development.
In Europe we created a ‘generic’ modeFRONTIER workflow tightly integrated with our HPC environment. This framework supports automated simulation orchestration, traceable design exploration, and standardized processes across multiple CAE domains.
While the native capabilities of modeFRONTIER provide a solid foundation, several limitations emerged when standardizing study reports, simplifying access for non expert users and scaling up to large parameter spaces. To address these challenges, we leveraged pyConsole to develop a set of custom extensions enhancing report automation, usability, and algorithmic flexibility.
The purpose of the presentation would be to share our generic workflow approach and new developments made with pyConsole.
