Mehmet Güleç

Mehmet Güleç received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in mechatronics engineering from Kocaeli University, Kocaeli, Turkey, in 2010, 2013, and 2019, respectively, all in mechatronics engineering. From 2010 to 2020, he was a research assistant at Kocaeli University. From 2017 to 2018, he was a scholarship holder of the Finnish Government for doctoral study at LUT University, Lappeenranta, Finland. He is currently a Post-Doctoral Researcher with the Department of Electromechanical, Systems and Metal Engineering, Ghent University, and Flanders Make @UGent - core lab MIRO, Belgium. His research interests include modeling and optimization of electric machines, including reliability analysis of e-motors in terms of partial discharge and bearing currents.
